We truly believe in our land and so this doesn't happen often, but we understand that sometimes a particular parcel just isn't the right one. We want our buyers to absolutely fall in love with their land, and so this is our guarantee to you!

Simply put - from the time of purchase, if for whatever reason you no longer want your land, you have 60 days to let us know, and we will completely refund all payments made towards the principal, or gladly exchange it for another property in our inventory within 12 months.
